HOW TO 'Govern Public Servants', #LIKEaSOVEREIGN, using our System of 'CHECKS AND BALANCES'...

WHEN INITIALLY STOPPED BY POLICE, this is what I say, what works for me:
1. First Officer I need to record all interactions with Police, and get out these 'LawDocs' so I can SHOW you what 'the supreme Law of the Land' really says. (Make SURE to be polite, and not make the police worry you're reaching for any weapons!);
2. Start recording (with cell phone, etc.), if possible, and explain how, Police Officers all have to swear an oath and sign a contract to 'support' and defend the 'Constitution for the United States of America' above all, and in Art.6 it says 'this Constitution, and Laws made in Pursuance thereof, shall be the supreme Law of the Land', and 'any Thing...to the Contrary notwithstading', and it requires the oath there, SO...
3. That means public servants are liable for even 'neglect to prevent' 'any Thing' they 'reasonably should know' IS 'to the Contrary' of these 'Fundamental principles' of 'the supreme Law of the Land', AND...
4. The 4th Amendment and US Supreme Court cases here, require 'probale' evidence to accuse me of an actual 'crime' against another Humans equal 'individual rights', for ALL 'searches and seizures', and that I/We need ONLY 'state the persons true full name' when there IS 'probable cause' to stop us, SO...
5. This makes basically all 'civil offenses' and 'victimless crimes' 'color of law abuse'! 'Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law', which I CAN sue you PERSONALLY for even 'neglect to prevent' under US Codes like 42usc1983 & 1985 & 1986 specifically, and even file actual Criminal Charges under 18-241 & 242!
6. The 'Purpose of government' is clear in the US and Arizona Constitutions, 'to...establish Justice...and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity', 'to protect and maintain individual rights.' PERIOD! So to 'make or enforce' 'any Thing' which is 'to the Contrary' of 'the Blessings of Liberty' and 'Justice', to punish 'We the People' JUST for disobeying orders or legislation from our hired public SERVANTS, IS 'color of law abuse'!
7. SO, UNLESS YOU DO HAVE 'PROBABLE' EVIDENCE TO ACCUSE ME OF AN ACTUAL 'CRIME' AGAINST THE EQUAL 'INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS' OF ANOTHER HUMAN BEING, IF YOU 'INFRINGE' EVEN MY 'RIGHT' TO PRIVACY, OR 'FREE TRAVEL', WITHOUT PROPER 'DUE PROCESS OF LAW', THEN I CAN HOLD YOU LIABLE, PERSONALLY, IN FEDERAL CIVIL AND CRIMINAL COURTS!
8. Also, the US Supreme Court HAS said CLEARLY, AND SPECIFICALLY, WE DO HAVE a 'Right to Free Travel' on public roads, in an automobile, without any 'license' or 'tag', for personal 'travel', as opposed to the actual 'privilege' to 'drive' 'people or property for hire' on OUR Public Roads, or to move a house, or other 'wide load', or hazardous material, etc., but such 'regulations' MAY ONLY exist to fulfill the 'Purpose of government', to protect equal indiviual Human 'Liberty' to 'the Pursuit of Happiness' in general!
IF THE POLICE WILL NOT STOP AND LISTEN, AND LET YOU EXPLAIN, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY, AND EXPLAIN THE REQUIREMENT FOR 'PROBABLE CAUSE' TO ACCUSE YOU OF AN ACTUAL 'CRIME', UNDER THE 4TH AMENDMENT AND US SUPREME COURT CASES YOU'RE HOLDING, AND WHY THIS IS AN UNLAWFUL ARREST, AND YOU HAVE THE PROOF IN YOUR HAND...THAT YOU ONLY NEED TO 'STATE ...TRUE FULL NAME' WHEN THERE IS 'PROBABLE' EVIDENCE TO ACCUSE YOU OF AN ACTUAL 'CRIME' AGAINST ANOTHER HUMANS EQUAL 'INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS', THEN 'STATE...TRUE FULL NAME', this way its on the public record, and you can get a copy (if you werent able to start recording yourself. Note many cops wear body cams, but public records cost money to obtain, unless you 'subpoena' them, as when filing suit!).

IF THE POLICE LISTEN, BUT GO ON AND ARREST YOU ANYWAYS...
a) It is at the Officers 'discretion' whether to 'cite and release' you for any civil or criminal 'offense', so, KNOW THE LAW OF THE LAND....
b) In Az.Const. Its a 'right' to 'bail' (And I'm sure its a US.Supr.Ct. 'precedent', and in Federal Criminal Procedure too), unless there is 'probable' evidence (per 4th Amend., and 'Case Precedent'), to say you're a danger to anyone, and...
c) The 'Purpose of bail' is only 'to assure appearance', so if you always go to court, if there is not 'probable' evidence to say you wont go to court without it (“probable” to a “Reasonable and prudent person”, one who thinks rationally, logically, and checks facts!), then you have a 'right' to just be released on 'Own Recognizance'/'Personal Recognizance' anyways!
d) So if you are likely to be released from court right away anyways, the officer may as well just 'cite and release' you, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DONT HAVE 'PROBABLE' EVIDENCE TO ACCUSE YOU OF VIOLATING ANY OTHER HUMANS EQUAL 'INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS'! (Because that IS 'deprivation of rights under color of law', and the judge BETTER dismiss, of they are going to be Personally Liable too! By 'intent or inexcusable neglect'!).

WHEN YOU ARE IN COURT, note the rules above for relase from jail/incarceration first, and MAKE SURE THE JUDGES CANT IGNORE YOU...
a) File a motion to dismiss (for harmless civil and criminal 'offenses', or whatever your 'lawful' demand is), and QUOTE the relevant laws, and explain HOW and WHY THEY are the ones violating 'the supreme Law of the Land', these 'fundamental principles' of 'the common law' (same thing btw, see Amend.7), AND...
b) ATTACH A 'NOTICE OF CLAIM OF DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW', just written up to explain how you can/will file suit against them, for violating the laws, quote the laws, cite which laws, and explain how what they are doing, IS 'to the Contrary' of these 'Fundamental Principles' in these 'LawDocs', AND...
c) Motion to have a pre-trial conference, SO YOU CAN READ YOUR MOTION (to dismiss, or whatever it is), AND THE NOTICE OF CLAIM (just the part explaining how they will be liable if they dont disprove your legal claims or comply with your 'lawful' demands!), ON THE PUBLIC RECORD, THIS WAY THEY CANNOT IGNORE YOUR FILINGS, AND MUST RESPOND PROPERLY, OR YOU HAVE THE EVIDENCE YOU NEED TO FILE CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL CHARGES RIGHT THEN AND THERE!
d) If necessary, follow through, file the suit and/or criminal complaints, with the proper courts (the local court clerks should help you find the proper court, forms, and place to file, etc.)!

STOP ALLOWING OUR HIRED PUBLIC SERVANTS TO VIOLATE OUR BASIC 'INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS' AND THEIR 'DUTY' TO PROTECT THE, 'OVER 90 PERCENT' OF THE TIME!
(Two COPS have told me 'thats over 90% of what we do', after I explained these 'fundamental principles' in the 'LawDocs' 'For Police Encounters' to them, in just a few minutes after stopping me, and I've done this DOZENS of times, and the Video of the 1st time is here on this page)
We need to educate our public servants, and hold them accountable, by filing civil and criminal charges, and conduct complaints, ourselves, and not depend on 'Government' to 'Govern' itself!

USE COMMERCIAL LIENS IF NEEDED, TO MAKE JUDGES DO THEIR DUTY (File the claim with public recorder), AFTER you go through the Notice of Claim and Civil Court process....AS A LAST Step...
THEN you can move to Commercial Liens, if the Civil Courts did not fulfill your lawful demands per your Civil Law Suit (then THAT judge will likely be a defendant now too, and a debtor on this lien, if they also failed to respond properly to notices of claim, as they USUALLY do! Like lazy idiots!)...
AND YOU BETTER DO IT RIGHT, because this will backfire if you dont!

At this point, you can File Affidavits of Truth with the County Recorder, stating who owes you money or products or services, and what you claim they owe it for, along with their known names, aliases, and addresses, your identify of course, and it SHOULD have any proof of the debt attached as well (Although Arizona Laws dont require the signature 'under...perjury' or the attached evidence, we SHOULD do that).

MAKE CERTAIN TO SUPPORT ALL CLAIMS WITH FACTS, COURT PRECEDENTS, ETC., AND NOT JUST MAKE UP AMOUNTS OR ANYTHING!
For example, James Trezevant v. Tampa Florida is a Precedent I use where he got $1,000 per hour in jail ($25,000 for 24hrs actually I think)....
The Natl. Top Percentile for 'practice of law' is just over $300/hr, so I use that amount to claim compensation for my time doing the work of laywers...
There USED to be a max in the law for suing for 'deprivation of rights under color of law' of $10,000 per right violated, but (thanks to 'inflation' no doubt, which btw did NOT exist before we started using IOUs Called 'Bank Notes' instead of real 'Money' like 'gold and silver Coin'!), so I use that as a Starting Point for how much to charge per right violated.
And the Maximum for such cases last I checked was $2 million, so I use that as the amount of 'punitive damages' to make the amount significant enough that our 'Government' Cannot AFFORD to continue making such mistakes!

WHAT I'M WORKING ON RIGHT NOW, is organizing these 'sources of authority' (See link above), for each legal point, to finish these 'LawDocs' (Get them free from links above), I'm taking clients now (to get harmless civil and criminal 'offenses' dismissed, and file suit for past 'deprivation of rights under color of law' such as that), and working to show other people to how I can make police just stop enforcing 'over 90 percent' of what they do (says two police!), and actually get cases dismissed, and make judges listen to my arguments, and face consequences if they ignore us...
